Initiate Your Request
Log into your EquiLife account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
